Trusses

Our 17K sq. ft. shop is completely outfitted with the latest in computer and laser layout production equipment. The accuracy of our computerized saw make our trusses superior in quality and fit. To view common truss configurations click here.

Once all trusses are designed they are downloaded by computer to our automated saw. The saw then automatically sets up for each individual part and as it cuts the part it is labeled with an ink jet printer so that the fabricator knows what the part is and where it goes in the truss.

Our laser layout equipment not only increases our productivity it also becomes a quality control device, helping fabricators be sure that they place gang nail plates in the exact location prescribed by engineering layout. Our 145 foot long production table allows us the flexibility to design and build most any configuration that you can imagine.
